My name is Rachel. I’m currently training to be a Labor Doula! I live in the Runnemede, NJ area, which means I’m available for clients in the Philly, South, and Central New Jersey Regions.

I provide evidence-based support and education for those planning to deliver. I know first hand that there are many things that can surprise us during our birth experience. I gave birth in the Special Delivery Unit at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, to a wonderful warrior with 4 congenital heart defects. I will be there for you whether your birth is full of surprises like mine, or goes perfectly according to plan. My main concern is equipping you with the resources to give informed consent and make educated decisions through every step of your labor. I’m also equipped and educated to give the standard relaxation and counter-pressure support during your delivery.
